The WeBo tennis team took on the Pike Red Devils on Saturday. The Stars came out victorious by a score of 3-2 after several hard fought matches. 1S Jon Rutherford and the doubles teams of Owen Oakley/Easton Nance and Burke Cavins/Zach Weesies earned the wins for the Stars. The JV Stars improved to 2-0 on the season with a 3-1 win over the Red Devils. Sam Scott went 1-1 at singles and the doubles teams of Tristyn Faulk/Reese Young and Blaine Ballentine/Dillon Maurath earned wins. Western Boone is now 3-0 on the season. They host the Danville Warriors Monday for a 5:00 pm start.
