The JH boys golf match against North Putnam took place on the difficult back nine at Cool Lake Golf Club Thursday afternoon, but that did not stop them from hitting a few milestones. The team won 170 to 212, setting a new season low scoring mark of 170 in the process. Carson Richardson set the pace with a 41 and was match medalist. This marks the 4th individual on the team to post low score and medal for a match this season (Tim Boddicker, Tate Wood, Rex Stanley). Consistency set the tone as the scores were 42 for Tate Wood, 43 for Tim Boddicker and a 44 for Rex Stanley. Other scores of note included a season low of 56 for Kolten Conner and 58 for Landen Miller. The group gets a break the rest of this week and is back in action next Tuesday against Lebanon.
