Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High School

The varsity girls tennis team lost to Danville Thursday 1-4. 3S Steimel picked up the lone point for the Stars with a great two-set win, while 2D Smith/Shepherd battled through a long third set tiebreaker but came up just shy of victory. The Stars are now 5-6 overall and 2-2 in conference with three conference matches left to play. The JV team was also defeated, but they continue to steadily improve. The Stars will host Lebanon Monday at 4:30 for senior night.
